Need:
Program needs coverage beginning in May 2025, projected 15 shifts available each month. Coverage is expected to continue on an ongoing basis until a full-time clinician is hired into the program.

- Hospital Beds: 379
- Trauma Level: III
- Average Daily Census (ADC): 14-15 +/- 2
- ICU: open ICU with designated ICU team
Coverage Model:
Daily Team Structure:
- 5 Hospitalist Physicians per Team
- 3 Day Hospitalists
- 1 ICU Hospitalist
- 1 Nocturnist (Procedures Required)
- 4 Advanced Practice Providers
Night Coverage Model:
- 1 Nocturnist
- Advanced Practice Provider Support
Work Schedule & Requirements:
- Shifts: 12 Hr shifts (7PM – 7AM)
- Board Certification: BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Procedures: Nocturnist is required to perform procedures
